Le pouvoir de Flow-er est d’utiliser l’énergie musicale de sa ville de résidence Besançon, pour synthétiser le son organique de ses influences nourries au rayon Californien, et s’étirant de Flying Lotus à Dam Funk, aux croisements de genres aussi variés que le Neo Soul, la House, l’Acid Jazz, le Hip-hop. Synthés Analo, Talk Box, Rythmiques puissantes et attitude pacifique, en live, la musique de Flow-er prend forme sous ses doigts, dans un ballet virtuose de machines, qui tiendrait presque d’un FKJ. Après 2 EP appréciés par les activistes curieux, le voici donc de retour avec 5 titres texturés, suspendus dans son jardin secret, précisant sa personnalité, et invitant sur le titre Ebb & Flow la star internationale locale Napoleon Maddox pour mieux officialiser l’évidence de ses influences Hip-hop, et partir en voyage spatial dans un clip original d’ Attrappe Science .

Flow-er is an artist based in Besançon, France. He creates music that blurs the lines between Neo-Soul, House, Acid Jazz, Hip-Hop, and so much more. Inspired by artists as diverse as Flying Lotus, Dam-Funk, and the pure sound of analog synths, Flow-er is all about building huge textures and lush soundscapes with his music.
Recently, he announced the release of a brand new EP, Hanging Garden, which will be published on the 20th of March, 2020.
The first thing that you might notice about the EP is certainly the artist’s remarkable capability to endow his work with personality and energy, and the flow of this release is absolutely groundbreaking.
